VINYO Secures Final Payment of NJEDA Catalyst Seed Grant, Announces Open Testing for August 25th

Sicklerville, NJ – August 11, 2025– VINYO, an emerging technology innovator, today announced the receipt of the second and final disbursement of the NJEDA CATALYST SEED R&D GRANT PROGRAM Round 3. This pivotal funding milestone, administered by the New Jersey Commission on Science, Innovation, and Technology (CSIT), provides essential capital to propel the company's next phase of development.

The Catalyst Seed R&D Grant Program supports New Jersey startups with grants of up to $75,000 for projects in key sectors, including technology and advanced manufacturing. The program is designed to help recipients transition their discoveries into commercially viable products. The grant is disbursed in two parts, with the final 20% being released upon successful completion of a final project report.

The second portion of the grant is instrumental in VINYO’s immediate plans. The company is on track to finalize its new design and, as a direct result of this funding, will open the application for its public open testing on August 25th.

Gerald Stephens, CEO & Founder of VINYO, highlighted the significance of the grant.

"We're thrilled to announce that we've received the second payment disbursement of the Catalyst Seed Grant," said Stephens. "This will allow us to finalize our new design and launch VINYO for open testing."

VINYO’s successful completion of the grant's requirements and the subsequent disbursement underscores the company's commitment to advancing its technology and contributing to New Jersey's burgeoning innovation economy.
